Bonginkosi Ngwezi

Bonginkosi Ngwezi is a Professional Town Planner, Project Manager and Managing Director of Winning Minds Urban Consultants, with more than eight years of experience in land use management, spatial planning, human settlements, property development and infrastructure planning.

He specialises in rezoning, township establishment, consent-use applications, subdivisions, site development plans, public participation and stakeholder engagement. His approach combines technical planning expertise, project management and practical development solutions to guide clients through complex municipal approval processes.

Bonginkosi also serves as a member of the Department of Human Settlements Policy Research and Legislative Review Panel, contributing to research, policy development, technical guidelines, legislative review and human settlements programmes.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology and National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, together with qualifications in project management and financial management. He is registered with the South African Council for Planners and is committed to delivering innovative, compliant and sustainable planning solutions.
